We know that you want your software NOW, and we do care to provide instant service, but please note that the program is already fully functional (unless you are past the trial period already), and you don't have to wait to use the software.

After verifying your registration data and obtaining credit card approval, we will reply within 4 hours (usually 2-3 hours) with an e-mail containing your License Key to unlock your evaluation version. If you use spam filtering software, please check your SPAM folder and remember to add "@heaventools.com" to your list of acceptable e-mail senders.

If you don't receive your License Key within 24 hours, please contact us as there is most likely a problem with your order. A delay could also mean that the e-mail address you provided was invalid, or that our messages are being blocked by your spam filters.

Upgrading our products is usually as simple as downloading the newer version and installing it over the old version. We do our best to preserve your registration information so you should not lose it across an upgrade.

To make sure that nobody will have to worry about having to spend money upgrading only one or two months after purchasing Resource Tuner, all customers who have bought v.1.xx licenses after February 19th, 2004 are entitled to free upgrades to Resource Tuner version 2.00 when it is released.
